About Us

Deanna Huckabee and Darla Hoelscher are a mother and daughter team, with a combined 19 years knowledge in the business of selling and styling wigs. It was while working with customers who were experiencing the effects of chemotherapy and the trauma of cancer, and not being able to help them as they truly wanted, that the idea for a more complete shop than one just selling wigs came about. Working in a well-known local wig shop that constantly pushed to sell the wig and get to the next customer was not the way they wanted to do business. Deanna and Darla wanted to give their customers more attention and caring. There had to be another way. The concept for Angels In Your Corner was born.

COMPANY HISTORY

In a difficult economy and with other choices available, we are pleased to be beginning our fifth year in business. We thank our many satisfied customers, who have told their friends and family about us. Word-of-mouth is the greatest form of compliment. We also thank The American Cancer Society and The Mountain States Tumor Institute for their referrals and continued support.
Angels In Your Corner is a business dedicated to helping women who are experiencing the difficulties and trauma of hair loss or to those women who just want a new look We specialize in wigs, turbans and supplies. We are located at 2419 W. State St. in Suite 3. Our phone number is 345-1551. Darla is now a certified prosthesis fitter and Angels in Your Corner has been certified by the American Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics and can accept most forms of insurance. We currently cannot, however, accept medicare or medicade until our new facility has been accredited. We will post here when that has been accomplished.

Our new location is 2 miles Soutwest from M.S.T.I.'s Downtown. On the Interstate, take the City Center Exit to Exit 3 (Fairview). Follow Fairview to 27th. Tuin left on 27th to State Street. Turn Right on State Street, two blocks to 2419 State - 4.2 miles
